Coronavirus - How might it affect our operations & your orders


In these unprecedented times, we’ve been gathering as much information as possible on COVID-19 and how it might affect our operations.

Our products:

Although we have experienced increased demand for certain products, we do not expect our supplies to be too disrupted, at least in the immediate future.

Fulfilling orders:

We are taking steps to carefully and hygienically handle products and dispatch them to customers.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the Coronavirus.  Based on experience with other coronavirus’, they do not expect these types of viruses to survive long on letters or parcels. 

This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water. 

Signing for & receiving items:

Royal Mail fulfill the majority of our deliveries for us.  They have advised that, in order to protect both their people and customers as much as possible, hand-held devices will not be handed over to capture signatures on delivery of items.  Instead, the recipient’s name will be logged.
