Suggested Use: Application of one half to one full dropper of RISE can be used up to three times daily. Place suggested dose under tongue and let sit for 30 seconds and swallow. Shake well before use. 1 dropper = 16.7 mg = 1mL Use 1-2 times daily.

I take Rise tincture every morning along with Relax. Within 10-20 mins I can feel that I’m alert which helps me to focus. I drink coffee for the taste. I take Rise for the pick me up. Every product RB makes is awesome. This I believe is the only one that is Full Spectrum so I take this as my general all-purpose CBD then when I need something extra I use the other product they have called restore. All of them taste great and work well, RISE Is a good place to start if you are new to CBD or if you are like me and want a few products to choose from.
