Our soothing pillow mist is intended to be sprayed on linens or clothes. Although, this product is a high-quality food-grade oil that is edible it is not intended for consumption.

Will this product put me to sleep? No. Our Pillow Mist is simply meant to create a relaxing feeling with the pleasant smell of lavender and eucalyptus when you lie down to rest or relax.

How much should I use? We recommend spraying the mist about 2-3 times directly on your pillow right before you lie down.There is no harm is spraying more or less. Simply spray as much as you want to make you feel good.

How long will it last? Each bottle contains the equivalent of roughly 350 sprays and the scent will last on your pillow for 5-10 minutes depending on how much you spray each time.

What happens if I get this on my skin or clothing? Nothing at all. Our ingredients are extremely high in quality and are edible grade.

Buying again!

I was pleased with how well this worked! It doesn't make you sleepy, but it sure brought me some calm vibes. The scent is gorgeous while not being too much. I get headaches from scents that are too strong. Oh and the lavender smells like actual lavender!

It works!

RB customer service is hands down one of the best! We love the pillow spray and use it daily. It works for us!

I will say the smell has recently changed and we don’t love it nearly as much as the last.

Also the spray nozzle tends to. It work consistently from bottle to bottle.

Hi Jill... thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We did change our formula recently and added more CBD (now 500mg), more Eucalyptus, and Ylang Ylang. While we still have lavender, I do understand it has a little less of the original lavender smell. We hope you stick with us and we will keep that in mind for our next production run and formula. A pillow mist that actually works!

LOVE this pillow mist. I struggle with insomnia and always found other pillow mists to be a bit pointless. They smelled good, sure, but they didn't make a difference in my sleep.

Not only does it smell deliiiightful, but this pillow mist ACTUALLY WORKS.

It immediately puts me into a zen space and the more I use it, the more my body recognizes that it's time to relax once I spray it. On nights I go without it, I notice it takes me significantly longer to calm my nervous system for rest.

I've started using it when I just want to unwind or meditate, too, and am regretting skipping it for my second subscription order. Definitely recommend this product to fellow sleep sufferers or anyone who wants to drift off into a tranquil space.
