I live with a broad spectrum of arthritic aches and pains in my knees, spine, shoulders and neck, that were caused from sporting activities in my youth. I started using Raw Recovery Muscle & Joint Relief Cream, with two pumps of cream for each knee. After approximately 7 days I started noticing a significant reduction in soreness and pain in my knees. I have now begun using on my neck with a similar effect.
