Returns & Refunds

Because each person's physiology is different, the time it takes for CBD to work can vary. Generally, it takes one to three weeks of daily use before you notice the full benefit. Your body will need time to acclimate to the presence of cannabinoids, but don't worry, it will. We always advise customers to take for least a full 30-days before making an assessment of whether it is working (or not) for you..

If, after 30 days you are not fully satisfied with our products, please let us know. We want to make things right but before we process any return or exchanges, we would like to understand your experience.  Please email us at behappy@rawbotanics.com to set up a consultation phone call. No exchanges or returns will be considered without first speaking with a customer service representative. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and will not be refunded for initial shipping charges. All requests are subject to strict review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of The Raw Botanics Co. and The Raw Botanics Co. reserves the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or credits, at any time.

Our guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of any product from RawBotanics.com and cannot be applied to subscription orders, samples, or product giveaways.

Raw Botanics will not issue refunds, exchange or credits pursuant to this Guarantee from a purchase made online or in a retail store or from an unauthorized seller or from any other site other than from RawBotanics.com.

If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product, Raw Botanics will only issue a refund, exchange or credit pursuant to this guarantee for the price of a single quantity of the product. Refunds issued are for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically excludes costs of shipping and any applied discounts.  All claims made pursuant to this guarantee must be submitted to Raw Botanics within 45 days of purchase in accordance with this policy.

Products that have not been opened and are still factory sealed may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (shipping not included). Please send to:
