Ashwaganhdha: Is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, which is a traditional form of alternative medicine based on Indian principles of natural healing. People have used ashwagandha for thousands of years to relieve stress, increase energy levels, and improve concentration.
Chaga Mushroom (RISE only): This mushroom has been used for hundreds of years in Northern European countries as part of traditional herbalism. Many people who use Chaga regularly report a boost in mood and a lift in energy and mental clarity after.
Broad Spectrum Hemp CBN (REST only): Cannabinol (CBN) is an exotic minor cannabinoid found in the hemp plant. CBN offers relaxing, sleepy properties, which means your sleep might be more restful after consuming.
Reishi (REST only): In ancient Chinese and Japanese traditions, reishi is used as a herbalist remedy to help relax the body before sleep. This sleep promoting factor is related to the calming effect reishi has on the muscles and function of the nervous system
Passion flower (REST only): Believed to bind to GABA receptors to ease restlessness and improve mood and sleep. Studies have shown passion flower may reduce cortisol levels.
Chamomile (REST only): A mild sedative that induces sleep and can help improve overall sleep quality so that you wake up rested and refreshed.
When should I take it? We suggest taking one softgel about 20 minutes before bedtime and to consistently do this for about seven days for your body to adjust. If for any reason one softgel is not helping you to attain a deeper sleep, we suggest taking up to two softgels nightly.
What's the difference between the tincture and the softgels? Well, besides the fact that the tincture is sublingual and the softgels are like normal pills both our softgels and tinctures are 50% CBD and 50% CBN. Both products work effectively but every body is different, so how they each work for you may vary.
It's not working for me. Why not? Every "body" is different. In our customer surveys, 93.6% of individuals experience a deeper and longer sleep. If it is not working for you, you may need a stronger sedative and should consult a physician.
Will this product put me to sleep? You may start to feel drowsy about 20-30 minutes after taking REST. The intention however is that it may help you attain a deeper level of REM sleep.
Will hemp products with (CBD,CBC,CBN, CBG) make me high?
No. We used only non-intoxicating ingredients that deliver many therapeutic benefits without any feelings of being high. We specialize in using exotic or rare minor cannabinoids without THC.
Will the Mushrooms make me high?
No. We do not use Psilocybin, the psychedelic compound found in so-called magic mushrooms. Our mushrooms are Functional Mushrooms, the kind you would find in a specialty grocery or health food store. Nothing we use is ever intoxicating.

I tried the capsules and not only is the packaging super pretty and easy to carry with you everywhere, the results are great! I took it about 45 mins before bed time and noticed a positive difference in my sleep. I slept longer, without waking up much and also didn't feel groggy from day 3 onwards, which was amazing for me! Beats having to use CBD or other gummies which also sadly have lots of sugar! Would recommend !

I do love these as they help me get to sleep but I just wish they’d last longer as I still find myself waking up at 2-3am every day. Just wish they were a time released product that would help with that.

I have back pain and am often confined to a recliner in order to get a decent night of sleep where I don't make matters worse. I'd often take 30 minutes or more to fall asleep, get sub-par sleep and wake up tired and miserable. The amount of daytime naps and/or daily coffee became excessive.
I'm two weeks in to taking this product and I fall asleep within minutes, typically sleep the whole night through and I KNOW I'm getting better sleep as I'm having dreams again and waking up refreshed.
I've not needed an afternoon nap or extra afternoon coffee (I'm actually saving money by skipping the afternoon mocha!!!) and I feel much better on a daily basis. I dare say I've lost a few pounds and my back hurts less as I'm getting the sleep my body needs to heal itself... FINALLY.

I purchased the Rest, for deep sleep, and was actually amazed. I have a sleep tracker and don't get much deep sleep. I thought it was due to age, etc. I have a sleep tracker which actually tells me how my sleep was. Well last night, I actually got 2.5 hours of deep sleep. First time in years. I just ordered a full bottle. I totally recommend this product and I don't do reviews!!
Over two decades I struggled with insomnia with anxiety resulting from that. Two decades of consuming Ambien and Klonopin later, I have fought myself still struggling with protracted withdrawal from the benzodiazepines. REST does great things for the anxiety and insomnia, though tbh cannabis helps a lot too - to where everything works together.
I recommended to the company that they ship quarterly subscriptions in recycled paper pouches like the company Fatty15 does. Subscribers won’t have to pay as much for shipping if 1) containers holding the gelcaps aren’t in glass; 2) ship a 3-month supply four times per year. Seems easy to me.
