Ginger: For thousands of years, Ginger Root has been used in folk medicine for its ability to soothe inflammation. Ginger has been shown to possess antioxidative benefits that may be active in lowering chronic inflammatory disease symptoms, in particular, pain.

I love this roll on. Being a dedicated fitness enthusiast, my muscles are quite often tired and over worked and I find this Raw Botanics cooling roll on really helps and should be in everyone's gym bag. Smells nice and it's very easy to apply. Highly recommend it.
Works well on sciatica and back pain. But a few downsides that I don't like:
1. It takes about 5 minutes to dry after applying (making it difficult to reapply during the middle of the work day).
2. It has a SUPER strong menthol smell that doesn't fade after it finally absorbs into the skin (can be smelled by others two rooms away).
3. It has a burning sensation in addition to the cooling sensation and actually sometimes leaves my skin red where it was applied to (like neck and upper shoulders, but not lower back and hamstrings), limiting where I could apply it. But I do have sensitive skin, so it may just be me.
I tried both the Cooling Roll-on and the Topical Relief Cream - while both work well, I much prefer the Topical Relief Cream and reordered that after finishing my first bottle.
This product works well for me. I am 70 years old and have a multitude of ailments, including fibromyalgia. This product helps. The only downside is that it is quite expensive.
I’ve tried different CBD roll ons for my shoulder pain, but this roll on seems to work better than the other ones.
I was trying to use lidocaine patches and it did not work very well. I decided to order this role on and give it a shot and I have to tell you it worked 50 times better than the patches and I continue to use it and now that I am healed, it made the process so much better. I will use it any other time. I have any kind of injury that I want to make feel better.

I use this right after a workout on my wrists, low back and ankles. Definitely feel like my recovery time between gym days has lessened significantly.
