When should I take it? We suggest taking one softgel about 20 minutes before bedtime and to consistently do this for about seven days for your body to adjust. If for any reason one softgel is not helping you to attain a deeper sleep, we suggest taking up to two softgels nightly. 

What's the difference between the tincture and the softgels? Well, besides the fact that the tincture is sublingual and the softgels are like normal pills, our softgels are 100% CBN. There is no CBD. Our tinctures are 90% CBD and 10% CBN. Both products work effectively but every body is different, so how they each work for you may vary.

It's not working for me. Why not? Every "body" is different. In our customer surveys, 93.6% of individuals experience a deeper and longer sleep. If it is not working for you, you may need a stronger sedative and should consult a physician. 

Will this product put me to sleep? You may start to feel drowsy about 20-30 minutes after taking REST. The intention however is that it may help you attain a deeper level of REM sleep.

Will hemp products with (CBD,CBC,CBN, CBG) make me high?
No. We used only non-intoxicating ingredients that deliver many therapeutic benefits without any feelings of being high. We specialize in using exotic or rare minor cannabinoids without THC.

Will the Mushrooms make me high?
